The Melbourne Happiness Group in collabration with Jonni Pollard, founder of 1 Giant Mind, will be running a meditation workshop.
To secure your spot you MUST email or book through the Melbourne Happiness Group. There is a $10 charge payable at the door. This is a not for profit event and proceeds will be donated.
Meditation is a great way to reduce stress and enhance your wellbeing, and this is a one off exciting opportunity to come and experience this with an Australian expert!

The approximate format of this event will be:

6.30pm Mingle

6.45pm- 8.00pm Guest speaker Jonni Pollard will chat to us about mindfulness and meditation and give us some background into his work. He will then lead us through a practical meditation exercise. There will also be some time for a Q & A at the end (so come prepared with some questions)

8.00pm – 8.30pm We will finish off the evening with some more mingling and tea, coffee and snacks :-)
